When bookkeeping is taken care of, you will have a clear picture of your Charity’s finances.
Initial Setup – We will do a detailed analysis of your Charity and design a customised Xero implementation plan and set up your bookkeeping system. If you are already using an accounting software, we will design and implement a migration plan. Set up can take anywhere between 2-10 working days. We will do the hard work for you.
General Bookkeeping & Reporting – On a regular basis, we will code your invoices and expenses, reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet control accounts and get in touch regarding any questions we have. We will also prepare a report of your Charity’s finances on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Balancing The Books Online – Xero syncs with major banks, allowing us to view and categorise your transactions and balance your books online.
Year End – At the year end, we will make sure that your Auditor has everything they need to complete the audit on time and smoothly. Your Auditor will be given access to Xero to access the books and make adjustments, if required, directly.
Support – You might have questions about your books. We’re here to answer your questions. Whenever you have a question, pop us an email and we’ll respond within 24 hours.

We work on a fixed fee basis. We agree our fees with you upfront and will charge on a monthly basis so that you can manage your cash flow easily. Rest assured; you won’t receive a surprise bill from us. We won’t lock you into lengthy contracts. If you are not satisfied with our services, you can discontinue our services by giving a 30-day notice.
